Who is responsible for your data

Bogdan Amihaiesei, Str. Căderea Bastiliei nr. 51, bloc B, ap. 1, Sector 1, București, Romania. Questions and requests: support@aftertherelationship.com.

The free chart

Your free chart is calculated in your browser. What you type into the form isn't sent to us, and we don't save it. Your browser does download the map of cities and the calculation code, like any other part of a web page.

If you ask us to email your chart

We receive your email address and your birth date, time and place, and use them to calculate and send that one email. We don't store your birth details. To stop abuse of this feature we keep daily counters made from a scrambled, one-way version of your email and IP address.

We use your data this way because you asked us to.

If you tick the box for notes before your key dates

We keep your email address, your calculated dates, your answer to “What keeps happening?”, the wording you agreed to and when. We don't keep your birth details for this. We use this only for those notes, and only because you agreed. Every note has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw at any time. We keep the record that you unsubscribed, so we don't write to you again.

If you buy a report

We use your data this way to carry out your purchase, and to meet our legal duties.

Your birth details are personal

A report about relationships can touch on private matters. We only ask for what the calculation needs, and we don't ask anything about the other person. Please don't send us details about anyone else.

Who else handles it

Some of these companies work outside the EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those companies provide, such as standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to or limit how we use it. Write to us at the address above. If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

This service is for adults, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page first.
