30 days, no reason needed
If the report isn't for you, you can have a full refund within 30 days of buying it. You don't have to explain why, and you don't have to prove anything. You can keep the PDF.
How to ask
Reply to the email your report came in, or write to support@aftertherelationship.com from the address you paid with.
What happens next
We send the refund back to the way you paid, including any tax. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, and it often takes several days. Stripe's Link service, which handled your payment, can also help with a refund.
Birth time
The report is more detailed with an exact birth time. If you didn't have one, or yours turns out to be wrong, you can still have your refund.
If the report never arrived or came out wrong
Tell us. We'll fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, even after 30 days.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer and doesn't replace them. In the EU and UK, the legal 14-day right to cancel can end once digital content has been delivered, but the 30 days above apply to you anyway.
